The Russian army has been conducting intensive offensive operations in the Kursk region for the third day. This was stated today on At the All-Ukrainian Congress of Local and regional authorities in Lviv, the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky.
According to Syrsky, units of the North Korean army are actively used in the offensive.
