A court in the Zaporozhye region sentenced a 44-year-old Ukrainian citizen to 13 years in prison for espionage. This was reported in the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Crimea.
According to the case file, Olga Cherniavskaya, while on the territory of the Zaporozhye region, collected and transmitted through her son, an employee in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, information about geolocations with the allocation of terrain on maps showing the locations of the Russian Army personnel in Tokmake.
The ministry noted that the transmitted data could be used to deliver fire strikes on the locations of Russian fighters.
"The court agreed with the position of the public prosecutor and sentenced Cherniavskaya to 13 years of imprisonment to serve her sentence in a general regime penal colony," the report said.
