The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Jordan issued a statement in connection with the fall of the Assad regime in Syria, in which it called for maintaining stability and security in the Middle East region. This was reported by the online edition Mignews.com .
"It is important to maintain stability and security in the region in the light of the rapid development of events," the kingdom's Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
It is noted that Amman is working to strengthen its national security.
