According to Acting First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Energy and Transport Jansuh Nanba, the paid volumes of electricity supplies from Russia will partially cover the deficit by the end of Thursday, November 28.

"In this regard, in order to accumulate financial resources, it will be necessary to review part of budget expenditures, including the application of sanctions against debtors — legal entities. Badra Gunba also instructed Acting Prime Minister Valery Bganba to focus the efforts of executive authorities on collecting debts for consumed electricity, to mobilize the necessary financial resources at the disposal of republican unitary enterprises, other state organizations and extra-budgetary funds.

"Due to the delay in the receipt of part of the Russian financial assistance, the Acting Prime Minister was instructed to hold the necessary consultations with the Russian side," the report said.
