The Latvian apartment of the Honored Artist of Russia Arkady Ukupnik is located in the elite residential complex Marienbades Nams in Jurmala, which he calls his second home. This is reported by the Passion portal.
According to the publication, the cost of apartments in this complex varies from € 400 thousand to € 650 thousand for apartments with an area of 100-190 square meters. Prices depend on the square footage of the apartments and the repairs carried out in them, a total of 11-storey building is designed for 32 apartments. It was built in 2003 and is located in the "dune zone".
As EADaily reported, in September 2022 Ukupnik denied rumors about the sale of the Jurmala apartment. He noted that he was in it that year and hoped that he would be able to be in it later.
"It is difficult to sell anything now and in Moscow, and abroad. While I live and work here in Moscow. I don't think about what will happen tomorrow. I am a man who lives today," he told Moskovsky Komsomolets.
In the summer of this year, Ukupnik's car was spotted near one of the supermarkets in Jurmala, occupying three parking spaces for the disabled at the same time, which caused a flurry of criticism on social networks.
