In Poland, the dead Ukrainian servicemen were mocked. This was stated by the former soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Evgenia Emerald.
She found her photo, under which the organizers of the action indicated the date of death, on a photo installation in Warsaw, where stands with "portraits" of killed servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with their faces cut out are on display.
In Poland, they "mocked the Ukrainian soldiers," and decided to "bury her alive," Emerald wrote on her social media account.
"The photo of another fighter turned out to incorrectly indicate the date of death. The organizers of the installation have already removed it and apologized. They stated that they wanted to draw attention to the "enormous self-sacrifice" in the struggle for the freedom of Ukraine," the Strana newspaper reports.
As reported by EADaily, stands with images of killed servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with their faces cut out and the call: "Become a hero" were installed in Warsaw, the capital of Poland.
Under the "portraits" are the dates of birth and death of the Ukrainian military. Those who wish are invited to take pictures and feel like "heroes". Those who wish can "try on" both male and female images.
