Escaped from Russia and ready to defend the new homeland critic ran into a fine

Escaped from Russia in Back in 2014, journalist and music critic Artemy Troitsky* was fined by a decree of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow. This is reported by the joint press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction in the telegram channel.

"He was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation," the report said.

This article is applied in case of violation of the legislation on foreign agents in case of publication in social networks without foreign agent labeling.

The court appointed Troitsky * punishment in the form of a fine of 40 thousand rubles.

As reported by EADaily, in June of this year, Troitsky * said that he was often asked what he would do in the event of an invasion. He promised to take up a position on the roofs of one of the Tallinn districts and "desperately shoot back," adding that he was ready for this "if they give him weapons."
