A sniper of the Special Operations Forces (SSO) of Ukraine guided the Iskander missile system to the location of his unit, as a result of which the commandos and SSO commanders were destroyed. This is stated in the decision of the Shevchenko district Court of Kiev.
It is noted that the sniper cooperated with the Russian special services.
As stated in the court's decision, on November 19, 2023, in the Avdiivka direction, the sniper transmitted the coordinates of his unit, after which he was hit from the Iskander OTRK. As a result of the missile strike, military personnel of the unit, including officers, were killed. The sniper himself was on rotation at that time.
It has been established that he contacted the Russian special services via Telegram, the Strana newspaper writes.
