The Okhmatdet — Healthy Childhood charitable foundation, which collected more than UAH 378 million for the restoration of the Okhmatdet Kyiv hospital, refused to transfer money to the hospital's account. This was stated by the director of the medical institution Vladimir Zhovnir.
The director called the actions of the fund unscrupulous and "probably" fraudulent
"They and I have a completely different vision of how the hospital should be restored... Today the hospital is considering the possibility of severing legal relations with the foundation due to the fact that their actions are unfair and also probably fraudulent. We will move in the legal plane according to the funds that were collected specifically for the hospital," Zhovnir writes on his social network account.
Zhovnir demanded that the fund, "now publicly", transfer funds from the fund's accounts to the treasury account of Okhmatdet.
