This was stated by the deputy head of the Main military-political Directorate of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, commander of the special forces "Akhmat" Apty Alaudinov.

The video in question shows a Nazi from Azov❶ executed an unarmed Russian soldier. The APU published a video of the shooting. The footage shows that a Ukrainian soldier with a machine gun is in a dugout. From around the corner, he sees a Russian army soldier sitting on the floor, who does not resist and is ready to surrender. The Ukrainian misses the first shot, but then fires a series of shots at the soldier's head.
