Russia will not start a land operation in Syria. It will continue the military strikes, Dmitry Peskov, the Russian president’s spokesman told reporters on November 17, recalling that the president had repeatedly said about it.
He said Russia’s air strikes aim to support the land offensive of Syria’s Armed Forces.
According to Peskov, Vladimir Putin charged the security forces to take measures to identify those complicit in the terror attack on board of A321 passenger plane: “He charged finding and punishing the perpetrators anywhere on the planet without any period of limitation.”
Earlier, EADaily reported that Federal Security Service Director Alexander Bortnikov reported on the causes of the crash of a Russian airliner over Sinai on October 31, 2015. He said it was a terror attack, as explosive residue was found on the wreckage of A321.
The reason of the A321 crash was detonation of an explosive device with power up to 1kg of TNT.
