Azerbaijani Armed Forces are shelling at their own village, Spokesperson for the Defense Ministry of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannisyan said a few minutes ago.
"Today from 10:40 pm on from the Azerbaijani positions situated in front of Baghanis and Shavarshavan of Tavush marz (province) an intensive fire is held towards the Azerbaijani Parakhli populated area, generally, with tracer bullets.
