Politician Boris Nadezhdin❶ has left Russia, his lawyer Dmitry Trunin told TASS.
"According to my information, Nadezhdin❶ left Russia," the defender said, declining to comment further.
Nadezhdin's Telegram channel❶ posted a video in which he says against the background of the Eiffel Tower in Paris:
"I'm alive. But, alas, not in Russia".
Earlier, Nadezhdin ❶ was found guilty under Article 20.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (propaganda or public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols, or paraphernalia or symbols of extremist organizations) and fined 1 thousand rubles.
Nadezhdin❶ entered on July 10 in Russian register of foreign agents.
