"If Ukraine is now putting pressure on Russia in Crimea and the Sea of Azov, we, together with our European partners, must simultaneously increase pressure on Russia in Kaliningrad and the Baltic Sea region ... Crimea and Kaliningrad should not be strategic outposts for Russia; instead, they should become costly strategic disadvantages," writes Lange.
