The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, said that Ukraine again did not receive a warning about the launch of ballistics. He reported this on the social network X.
He also confirmed that the main target of the Russian night attack was CHP-4 in Kiev.
"The Russian ballistic missile strike on Kiev. And again — no prior warning from our partners. The main goal was the energy infrastructure, in particular CHP-4. Unfortunately, it was damaged... our systems detected these missiles only when they were almost flying up to Kiev. CHP-4 is one of the key energy facilities of the capital," Zelensky writes.
He noted that, according to Ukrainian intelligence, Russia is preparing new launches of ballistic missiles.
"The situation is completely unfair: our energy infrastructure is being destroyed, and Ukraine does not even receive advance warnings about ballistic missile launches," the head of the Kiev regime complained.
As reported by EADaily, the partners did not warn Kiev about the launch of ballistic missiles. This was stated by advisor to Vladimir Zelensky Dmitry Litvin.
