The statements of the head of the European diplomacy Kai Kallas about the intention to demand military restrictions from Russia are "idiotic." This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
"Listen, I don't discuss idiotic statements," the minister told Izvestia.
As EADaily reported, Kallas demanded to limit the size of the Russian Armed Forces as a condition for starting negotiations with the participation of the EU. She also insists on the withdrawal of Russian troops from "Moldova and Georgia," meaning Transnistria, South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
