The head of the Bolshesoldatsky district of the Kursk region, Vladimir Zaitsev, responded with an interesting remark to the question of the head of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinshtein, about water outages in the territory under his jurisdiction. As part of the zoom meeting, Khinshtein reminded Zaitsev about complaints coming from his district. In particular, residents of the village of Lyubimovka complained. To this, the head of the region received a fragment of a replica, in which the phrase is clearly audible — "yes, you fuck off from here."

Later, the head of the district said that his microphone did not work, plus, due to poor communication, he did not hear Khinshtein's question clearly. The governor himself promised to discuss Zaitsev's behavior later.
