However, according to Beskrestnov, all illegally activated terminals can be identified and disabled, and Ukrainian violators "will receive 15 years or life imprisonment if this Starlink causes the death of people."
As reported by EADaily, due to the shutdown of Starlink terminals, the combat positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were left without communication. This was stated in the social network on Facebook❶ by the commander of the 72nd brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ex-deputy Tatyana Chernovol.
