The administration of US President Donald Trump has committed a gross armed invasion of Venezuela, threatens Cuba and other Latin American countries. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a press conference on the results of Russian diplomacy in 2025.
"We have witnessed unprecedented events: the brutal armed invasion of the United States in Venezuela with dozens of dead and wounded, witnesses of the capture and removal from the country of the legitimate President Nicolas Maduro and his wife. In parallel with these actions, we observe threats against Cuba and other countries of the Latin American and Caribbean region," the Russian Foreign Minister stated.
