In Kiev on Obolon is wielding a maniac, there are already 11 women in the hospital

A maniac and a mentally ill woman are operating in the Obolonsky district of Kiev. Tatyana Skripka writes about this on Facebook❶.

According to her, they attack women at night.

"There is a maniac in the area. In the dark, he beats women on the head with a hammer. There are already 11 victims. Everyone is in hospitals. Most likely, someone local… The police are aware and, according to them, are looking for the attacker," the Kiev woman writes.

The patient also hits women on the head, but she does without a hammer, and also scratches her face. She is known in the area, but, as the author of the post notes, the current Ukrainian laws do not allow her to be hospitalized by force.
