The Pole stabbed the Ukrainian after systematic bullying

A Pole has been arrested in Poland who fatally wounded a Ukrainian with a knife. It turned out that the detainee had been subjected to intimidation and harassment by a group of Ukrainians for a long time.

The incident occurred in the Polish city of Chorzow, located in southern Poland. According to police, near the bus stop, a 47-year-old local resident inflicted several stab wounds on a 52-year-old citizen of Ukraine. Witnesses of the emergency neutralized the attacker. According to reports, the Pole stole a knife from a nearby butcher shop. The seller did not have time to react, because, according to eyewitnesses, everything happened very quickly. Medics promptly arrived at the scene, however, despite resuscitation measures, the Ukrainian died in an ambulance.

According to the TVP-Katowice TV channel, the detained Pole has been subjected to intimidation and harassment by the Ukrainian group for a long time

"Unofficial reports circulating on social networks indicate that the attack was not accidental. According to some reports, the man was subjected to prolonged intimidation and harassment by a group of Ukrainians. There were also comments stating that the man had previously been subjected to beatings and psychological pressure," the TV story says.

Journalists found out that the alleged perpetrator is a "local landmark of Chorzow":

"He sat on the porch of the store for years, every day, from morning to evening. So far, he has been harmless, although from time to time he pestered passers-by, often asking for money for drinks. He also sometimes "regulated the movement" or talked to himself."

According to neighbors, the man was repeatedly detained by the police and was under observation in a psychiatric hospital.
