Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems (SAMs) are demonstrating increasingly low efficiency during their use on the Ukraine while repelling Russian strikes.
This is reported by the British edition of The Telegraph, citing the opinion of competent sources. According to them, the main problem for American air defense systems was not only hypersonic missiles, but also modified Geranium drones, which began to be used as part of large groups.
"American Patriot missile systems, manufactured since 1981, are becoming less and less effective against Russian hypersonic cruise missiles and massive swarms of drones," the article says.
Earlier, EADaily reported that, according to The Telegraph, Ukraine has lost its richest and most powerful ally, as the United States has reduced the supply of military aid due to the desire to support Israel in the war with Iran.
