Negotiating team from Ukraine will be in Istanbul on Friday, May 16. This was stated by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, at a press conference in Ankara.
"Our group, which I am sending to Istanbul will be there tomorrow," Zelensky said.
Thus, there will definitely be no negotiations with Ukraine today.
As EADaily reported, the Russian negotiating team headed by Presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky went to the agreed place of negotiations — the residence of the Turkish president in the Dolmabahce Palace on the banks of the Bosphorus. Before that, Medinsky said that Russia considers the current talks in Istanbul as a continuation of the peace process there, which was interrupted by the Ukrainian side three years ago.
