Thus, there will definitely be no negotiations with Ukraine today.
As EADaily reported, the Russian negotiating team headed by Presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky went to the agreed place of negotiations — the residence of the Turkish president in the Dolmabahce Palace on the banks of the Bosphorus.
