The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, is "ready for anything" to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Turkey. He stated this at a briefing.

According to Zelensky, he agreed with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to meet in Ankara, however, if Putin refuses to go to the Turkish capital and chooses Istanbul, Zelensky and Erdogan are ready to arrive there.

"We will do everything to make this meeting with Putin take place. Only he can decide on a cease—fire," Zelensky said, quoted by UNIAN.

Zelensky also offered Donald Trump to come to Istanbul, because, as he believes, the consent of the US president "would have an additional impetus for Putin to come."

The head of the Kiev regime once again stated that Putin is "afraid of direct negotiations" with him, while Zelensky refuses to cancel his decree banning negotiations with Putin. According to him, this is the Russian narrative that he cannot negotiate with the Russian president.

"No one but me can negotiate on the sovereignty, territorial integrity of Ukraine, our course. No one but me can conduct relevant negotiations with the leader of Russia and other countries. According to the Constitution of Ukraine, these are my rights and obligations. It is I who represent the interests of our state… We introduced the decision of the NSDC [on banning direct talks with Putin] so that people like Novinsky and Medvedchuk would not do this… I introduced the decision of the NSDC by my decree. Therefore, Putin's narrative that I have to cancel something there is a narrative exclusively of the Russian Federation. I don't forbid myself anything," Zelensky said in a blue eye.

"Zelensky said that his decrees are the narrative of the Russians. I forgot to add that he is also a Russian narrative," Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky comments on the picture of the day.
