Kiev has put forward conditions for whom it wants to exchange those taken out of Kursk region Russians

Kiev asks in return for the peaceful residents of the Kursk region taken to Sumy region to release their citizens detained in the Russian Federation for complicity in terrorism. This was stated by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova.

"For its part, the Ukrainian side believes that we should release those civilians who are currently in closed institutions as detainees for aiding and abetting terrorism. The competent authorities have their own vision in this regard and the dialogue has not yet ended," she told TASS.

The Ombudsman also stated that Kiev does not refuse to return residents of the Kursk region taken out during the occupation, but does not indicate a specific date.

"During the negotiations, the Ukrainian side does not refuse to return the Kursk residents, but does not indicate a specific date," Moskalkova said.
