The power on Ukraine is defined by its constitution and people, a representative of the White House National Security Council said, commenting on the words of Russian President Vladimir Putin that the practice of establishing temporary external governance was used in the work of the UN, it can be applied to Ukraine.
On Thursday, during a working trip to the Murmansk region, Putin said that the introduction of temporary management on Ukraine would be allowed to hold democratic elections and bring to power a capable government, with which it is then possible to negotiate peace and sign relevant documents.
