In Krivoy Rog, Dnipropetrovsk region, there was a conflict between Gypsies and employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCK, an analogue of the military enlistment office). This is reported by the Ukrainian edition of Strana with reference to local public sites.

According to media reports, the tetsekashniki, with the help of the police, wanted to mobilize one of the members of the local Roma community. The women surrounded the security forces and raised a scream, but the "ludolovs" still managed to get the man into the car. After that, the camp moved to the gates of the department, the Roma beat their fists on the locked doors and shouted, trying to rescue a fellow tribesman. How this story ended is unknown.
As EADaily reported, in Transcarpathia, Roma staged a riot against the staff of the shopping mall and the police, local publics reported.
Ukrainian media published a video showing a rural road clogged with police and National Guard vehicles, dozens of policemen with machine guns on the streets. Women walk between the cars of the security forces and are outraged that men are being taken to war.
