Ukrainian media found out that the expenses of the military commissar Yuriy Tsymbal exceed revenues by 1.4 million hryvnia (3.4 million rubles).

Having no official savings, he and his wife bought two apartments for a week with a total cost of 2.45 million hryvnia (almost 6 million rubles).

In addition, Tsymbal "forgot" to indicate that his wife sold the apartment for 737 thousand hryvnia (1.78 million rubles). The military commissar explained this by "inattention."
