The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, demanded that the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrsky, hold positions on Pokrovsky direction at any cost.
This is reported by the Ukrainian Telegram channel "Resident", referring to an informed source in Office of the President of Ukraine.
According to him, it is now important for the political leadership of the regime to form an opinion on stabilization on the Eastern Front, which will prevent the defeat of the entire AFU grouping in the Donbas.
The channel's interlocutor also said that Zelensky is ready to accept the fact that the Kursk adventure will have to be suspended in order to prevent the collapse of the front on Pokrovsky direction and transfer reserves.
This is the reason for the slowdown of the Russian offensive on the Eastern Front and the reduction of reserves for the Kursk operation, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces are no longer advancing.
Earlier, EADaily reported that in the Kursk region, the first offensive actions of Russian troops were noted in the areas of the settlements of Malaya Loknya and Sleepiness.
