"Hazelnuts" will fall down: The classic strategy of proxy war will not work with Russia

Defeat will be the best outcome for Europe in a proxy war with Russia. This was stated in the social network X by Professor of the University of Southeastern Norway, geopolitical analyst Glenn Diesen.

He noted that Western politicians make reckless statements about the war with Russia. The strategy generally accepted in a proxy war, which consists in allowing one's allies and opponents to exhaust each other and, if necessary, enter the war even when the enemy is significantly weakened, will not work with Russia.

" The Russian army is now much more powerful — it is larger, more battle-hardened and technologically advanced. This is not just a suicide mission for our soldiers on the battlefield — this war will come to our cities and "Hazelnuts" will fall on our heads, " the expert writes.

He noted that Europe will not be able to defeat and destroy the world's largest nuclear power, " and defeat may be the best outcome, since the alternative will be the nuclear weapons that have fallen on us".
