Russia has found a creative peacekeeping solution for Ukraine — expert

"The largest package of EU sanctions against Russia in four years" has not yet led to the collapse of either the Russian ruble or the Russian stock exchange, political analyst Alexander Nosovich notes.

"Why? Because this, the 21st sanctions package is not the largest. The largest sanctions package The EU had a war of drones (made in Europe) against Russian refineries and gas stations. This sanctions package caused the collapse of the stock exchange, the price increase, and the fuel crisis. And Russia, in terms of the depth of damage from these European sanctions, has already fallen to the bottom, from which it is now starting and will continue to grow," Nosovich said.

And if in terms of economics this is only a forecast, then in terms of politics it is already visible, the political scientist writes in the telegram channel.

"There is an index of the Moscow Stock Exchange, and there is an index of Donald Trump, and this index on the Ukrainian issue always fluctuates from how Washington assesses Russia's position in the war. A couple of weeks after the NATO summit, at which Trump made loud, but not concrete and unsubstantiated promises of support for Ukraine, the United States did not take a single significant real step towards an elementary increase in this support, let alone a full-fledged return to the Biden Ukrainian project. And now Rubio has met with Lavrov, turned on the American mediator mode again and announced the need to find new creative ideas to resolve the conflict on the Ukraine," the expert noted.

As for Russia, according to Nosovich, it has just found such solutions.

"Cutting off Kiev's access to the world ocean, the complete cessation of Ukrainian shipping, the paralysis of Ukraine's imports and exports is a new and very creative peacemaking solution, stimulating at least the cessation of strikes on refineries. And the collapse of the front of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be quite a peacemaking solution, stimulating the West not to profanity, but to real negotiations with Russia on Ukraine and security in Europe," Nosovich said.
