Russian President Vladimir Putin himself will give an assessment of Vladimir Zelensky's open letter, Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian leader, told TASS in response to a request to evaluate the tone of this message.
"I wouldn't get ahead of myself right now. Surely this topic will be, it can't just not be touched upon," the Kremlin spokesman said.
"Let's wait for the president's assessment after all," Peskov recommended.
