Xi Jinping: Cooperation between China and Russia is deepening

Cooperation between China and Russia continues to deepen in all areas and bring fruitful results, said Chinese President Xi Jinping in an address to the participants of the X The Russian-Chinese EXPO in Harbin.

"Thanks to the joint efforts of both sides, cooperation between China and Russia continues to deepen in all areas and bring fruitful results," Xi Jinping said in his message, which was read out at the opening ceremony of the EXPO by Vice Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Zhang Guoqing.

He expressed hope that the exhibition will provide companies of both countries with an opportunity to take advantage of the good neighborliness and complementarity of China and Russia, deepening comprehensive pragmatic cooperation, as well as more effective assistance to the socio-economic development of both countries.

Jubilee X The Russian-Chinese EXPO is being held in Harbin, China, from May 17 to 21 on an area of 12 thousand square meters, with 16 constituent entities of the Russian Federation taking part in it. The theme of this year's EXPO was "Trust. Cooperation. Mutual benefit."
