The air alarm sounded for the first time in 12 hours in Tel Aviv after the Israeli army reported fixing missile launches from Iran, explosions were heard in the sky above the city, presumably from the work of air defense, RIA Novosti correspondent reports.
According to the Israeli missile attack alert system, the alarm was activated in dozens of cities and towns in central Israel, as well as in the West Bank of the Jordan River.
Earlier on Sunday, Tel Aviv and the central part of Israel were repeatedly subjected to rocket attacks from Iran. Two casualties were reported as a result of falling rocket fragments.
