Estonia, which had gathered to fight with Russia, was unable to feed its population

In the event of a crisis, Estonia will be able to feed only 10% of the inhabitants. This was stated in the State Control of the country.

The ministry noted that the government's goal — to provide a supply of food for the entire population for 14 days, which was set in 2022, has not been fulfilled. It turned out that the Estonian reserve Center did not create the necessary stock (canned food, ready meals, cereals, dry foods, bottled water and beverages). Instead, he set himself a more modest task — to provide food to 10% of the population for one month.

Earlier, the Estonian authorities announced their readiness to enter the war with Russia. Moreover, the Estonian Foreign Ministry stressed that in the event of a military clash they would not be on the defensive, but would transfer the fighting to Russian territory and would strike deep into the neighboring state.
