As long as the EU does not realize the reasons for the failed and aggressive policy towards Russia, all their attempts to resume dialogue make no sense. This was stated to RIA Novosti on the occasion of the Diplomatic Worker's Day by Russian Ambassador to Belgium Denis Gonchar.
"It is noteworthy that calls for the restoration of dialogue with Russia were made, including from the most odious representatives of the European "war party".
