The mayor of the city of Dnipro (formerly Dnepropetrovsk) Boris Filatov* introduced a national—level emergency regime in the subordinate territory. It happened on January 8, as Filatov reported in his Telegram channel.
"Technically speaking, the situation in Dnipro is one of the most difficult. In fact, this is a national—level emergency," the Dnipro mayor wrote.
At the same time, Filatov* confirmed the gradual return of electricity supply to the hospitals of the city, that is, stabilization of the sewage systems of the Dnieper is expected.
