Trump promised problems to Clinton after the publication of the "Epstein files"

US President Donald Trump said that the publication of materials on the case of the late financier Jeffrey Epstein accused of sex trafficking would reveal the truth about former American leader Bill Clinton and other Democrats.

As Trump wrote in a publication on his Truth Social network, Epstein has been a supporter of the Democrats throughout his life, donating money to politicians.

"And was deeply connected with many well—known Democrats, such as Bill Clinton, who traveled on his plane 26 times," Trump added.

In this row, he added the leader of the Democrats in the House of Representatives, Hakim Jeffries, who, according to the president, asked Epstein for money for his campaign when the financier was already accused.

"Perhaps the truth about these Democrats and their ties to Jeffrey Epstein will come out soon," Trump said.
