Ukraine needs $1 billion a month to purchase American weapons. This was announced today, August 25, by Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a press conference with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gare Stere, Reuters reports.
Zelensky also noted that Norway can contribute to the security guarantees of Ukraine in the field of air defense and maritime security.
As EADaily reported, according to the chairman of the NATO Military Committee, Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, the alliance countries supplied Ukraine with $50 billion worth of weapons in 2024 and intend to increase aid.
