From July 11, 2025, Credit Europe Bank will operate under a new name — Nexent Bank. The name was chosen to symbolize the fusion of technology and finance in a modern institution. The publication informs about this Profit.Ro .
All contracts, accounts, cards, products and services remain valid and operate normally, without interruption, as before. No action on the part of customers or partners is required. The only noticeable change is the new brand image, which the bank wanted to make more understandable, relevant and closer to the needs of customers.
According to the bank, this transition marks not only a change of visual identity, but also a promise made to the public: to create a modern, transparent and customer-oriented banking experience.
"The new image reflects the values that define the bank — dynamism, diversity and experience — and meets the growing need for banking services supported by digital, intuitive and personalized solutions," the bank said.
The financial institution will continue to operate under the slogan "A bank created for you."
"The evolution from Credit Europe Bank to Nexent Bank is a natural strategic step towards the future. We keep our roots, but now we express our ambitions more clearly: to be a flexible bank with a new modern brand, digital vision and clear customer orientation. We thank all our clients for their trust and are happy to continue to accompany them within the framework of a single strategy in all markets of our presence — Nexent Bank," said Shenol Aloglu, CEO of Nexent Bank.
