The United States, as part of the negotiations, can dictate to Kiev any conditions that it will be forced to accept. This was stated in an interview with journalist Vitaly Diky by ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Yevgeny Filindash.
"During negotiations with Ukraine, the United States can push through the conditions that they want, and Ukraine is not in a position to push the United States into something of its own, if the United States is categorically not satisfied with it. We ourselves have reached such a position that we find ourselves in a status in which certain conditions can be dictated to us. We have been going to this position for more than a year, for a long time," said Filindash, quoted by RIA Novosti.
Today, Ukraine has found itself in colossal dependence on the West, the ex-deputy noted.
As EADaily reported, the deal with Ukraine has been fully signed and ratified, the United States has access to a huge amount of very high-quality rare earth elements. This was stated at a briefing by President Donald Trump.
