Paralyzing the work of the International Criminal Court (ICC) will bring the greatest joy to Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was stated by German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock.
"If the ICC cannot continue its work now, it will be one of the greatest joys for Putin," Berbok said, quoted by RIA Novosti.
She criticized Washington's sanctions against the agency, stressing that support for international law is a top priority in the field of security.
As reported by EADaily, US President Donald Trump signed a decree on financial sanctions against the International Criminal Court for investigations against the United States and its allies, including Israel, Fox News reported. The ICC "committed illegal and unjustified actions" directed against the United States and Israel, the decree says.
