"If the ICC cannot continue its work now, it will be one of the greatest joys for Putin," Berbok said, quoted by RIA Novosti.
She criticized Washington's sanctions against the agency, stressing that support for international law is a top priority in the field of security.

The ICC "committed illegal and unjustified actions" directed against the United States and Israel, the decree says.
