Explosions thundered in Kiev against the background of an air alert, the Ukrainian Public television channel reported.
According to the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation, in Kiev and the Kiev region, as well as in Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, Chernihiv, Cherkasy and Vinnytsia region declared an air alert.
