Deputy Speaker of the Slovak Parliament Andrei Danko highly appreciates the development of Russia. The Slovak politician stated this during the visit of the republic's parliamentary delegation to the Russian Federation.
During the visit, Danko met with the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.
"We mutually appreciated that this dialogue can help the development of our relations, as we see in Russia has made great economic progress, we see successes in many areas, the development of food self—sufficiency," he said.
According to him, now the Russian Federation is experiencing the biggest upswing in agriculture, as the Russian side itself has begun to produce high-quality products.
As confirmation of his words, the Slovak politician posted a video of his visit to one of their shops in Moscow.
"Here, friends, there is a 6-meter refrigerator and 50 types of oil! 50 kinds of oil! Sausages... we probably don't have them ourselves," Danko said.
Recall that Slovakia, with the arrival of the government of Robert Fico at the end of 2023, advocates the normalization of relations with Russia. For this, Bratislava is sharply criticized by other countries EU and Ukraine.
