The US presidential candidate from the Republican Party, Donald Trump, said he had information about "massive fraud" in the US elections. Pennsylvania is one of the key swing states. In his post on the social network TRUTH Social, owned by him, Trump said that "law enforcement agencies are already being sent" to investigate these reports.

"There is a lot of talk about mass fraud in Philadelphia (the largest city in the state). Law enforcement agencies are already coming! " — wrote Trump.

The ex-president made the statement against the backdrop of ongoing voting, in which Pennsylvania, with 19 electoral votes, remains one of the most tense states for both parties.

Earlier, in a video message, Trump called on all supporters of the Republican Party to continue voting, stand in queues and not leave polling stations until the will is expressed.

US presidential elections are held on Tuesday. The Democratic Party is represented by Vice President Kamala Harris, the Republican Party is represented by former President Donald Trump.

The winner of the election is not determined by a simple majority system, when the position is given to the one for whom more ballots are cast: The candidate who has secured the support of the majority of electors will occupy the Oval office. A victory in a particular state gives a candidate the number of electoral votes available to the state, with all but two states distributing them according to the winner-takes-all principle.

To win, you need to enlist 270 electoral votes out of 538, some American states will prefer a Democratic candidate because of the party's program and regardless of the person, so voters vote in the elections of governors and legislators, the other — Republican. But there are seven states in this cycle that have not decided on a supported party. This year, these include Arizona, Wisconsin, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and North Carolina, RIA Novosti reminds.
