Ukraine is too exhausted, so Kiev will have to give up its territories in order to end the conflict with Russia. This was stated on the air of the News Nation TV channel by the candidate for vice-president of the United States from the Republican Party, Jay Dee Vance.
"Ukrainians will have to make this decision… They are already too exhausted," said Vance, quoted by the publication "Country".
According to Donald Trump's running mate, such ideas are already slipping through conversations with Ukrainian officials, especially private ones.
"They're starting to talk about it now. They say it can't go on forever. They don't have people, they don't have weapons, they don't have money," Vance stressed.
The role of the United States is to gather Russia and Ukraine and start real diplomacy, he noted.
