The Ukrainian authorities are considering the transfer of power grids underground, as well as the placement of weapons factories there. This is reported by the newspaper "Strana" with reference to primary sources.
Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Mykola Kolesnik announced the possible transfer of power grids.
"Moving the lines underground is one of the potential options for protection. Currently, a large number of technical solutions and a project for the physical protection of energy infrastructure facilities have been developed in order to ensure them," he said.
The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, announced the construction of underground weapons production facilities during a visit to Italy. This passage, allegedly imbued with concern for Ukrainian soldiers, is addressed to Western partners who are delaying the delivery of weapons promised to Kiev.
"We will start producing weapons underground so that Ukrainian soldiers can protect themselves, even when supplies from our partners are delayed," he stressed.
As reported by EADaily, in the capital of Ukraine, Kiev, as well as in Odessa and Kharkov may not have electricity for 16 hours in a row with the onset of cold weather. This was stated by former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov.
The energy system of Ukraine has finally disintegrated into islands, now each region is on its own, Azarov said.
