Later, Dolina confirmed that she had become a victim of sophisticated and planned fraudulent actions of persons from Ukraine. A criminal case has been opened on this fact, the artist herself has been recognized as a victim, and her apartment has been arrested.

The next day, the courier Angela Tsyrulnikova was detained and then arrested. It was through this courier that the victim transferred money to the fraudsters.

Later, the singer filed a lawsuit against the buyer of her apartment, demanding that the transaction be declared invalid. In case of winning in court, the Valley will have to reimburse the defendant for expenses in the amount of 112 million rubles. However, if it turns out that the buyer knew about participating in the scam, she will lose the apartment and will not receive any compensation.
