Escaped from Russia on The Ukrainian "oppositionist" and former State Duma deputy Ilya Ponomarev❶❷ reported that the Kremlin had made "another attempt" on him.
According to the UNIAN news agency, in this way the fugitive politician commented on the fact that a Russian attack drone allegedly flew into his three-story mansion in the Kiev region.
The publication clarifies that Ponomarev himself and his wife were injured, but remained alive and their lives are not in danger.
On this "assassination attempt", the forgotten fugitive deputy is actively promoting himself, telling local media that the incident was his "second birthday."
He also confided to journalists that this was the fifth attempt on his life. He considers it "the most unconventional and more successful than the previous ones."
It is worth noting that in the pictures it is not clear whose cottage looks as if the explosion occurred from the inside — all the windows and the doorway have been removed, and no traces of an external hit are visible at all.
In the photos posted on social networks, the "wounded" Ponomarev ❶❷ looks more like an actor who was disguised as a victim.
Earlier, EADaily reported that Russian troops struck an airfield and a fuel depot in Mirgorod.
