The French foreign ministry has expressed regret on Moscow’s decision to expel French diplomats from Moscow, says a communique of the ministry.
In the statement, the ministry says it regrets and reminds that “Russia refused to provide awaited explanations on the attack in Salisbury.”
The document also states the France is ready for a “constructive dialog with Russia on the whole range of international issues.”
